The information hub for online constituent relationship management

The core of all Convio software, Constituent360 is a sophisticated online database that houses constituent profiles. Complete online marketing database capabilities – Maintain a detailed record for every constituent. Choose from more than 150 pre-defined fields with the ability to add up to 70 additional custom fields. All online transactions — including gifts, memberships and ticket purchases — are automatically recorded, eliminating time-consuming manual data entry.

Automatic online interaction tracking – All online interactions with constituents, including Web site visits, emails sent, responses to action alerts and more are automatically recorded.

Constituent access – Constituents can easily update information through Web forms, including changing email preferences, addresses, interests and more.

Synchronization with offline databases – Convio DataSync lets you easily exchange data between Constituent360 and offline databases, to keep information current and accurate.
